This is a small rental house we remodeled. The entire floor system was rotten and had to be replaced. We added a vapor barrier, had all new PEX plumbing installed, and built a new floor. We removed a dividing wall in the kitchen/living area, making it a more functional space. We added a MrCool VersaPro HVAC system with separate ducts in each room. There was also a carport roof on the garage that was dangerously rotten and on the verge of collapsing, so we removed it and repaired the damaged soffit and fascia. We plan on replacing the garage roof shingles next year.
