Bathroom Remodel

This is a full bathroom remodel I did for my mother. The tub had been damaged and neglected, causing a long-term leak, which caused the subfloor to rot out. Upon discovering the extent of the damage, we decided to remove the tub and replace the flooring. Thankfully the floor joists were fine. After the demo was complete, we decided to install a custom-sized tile shower, due to having limited space. The shower is approximately 32"x54", due to her desire to reuse the existing cabinetry. After the new end wall was framed and new plumbing installed, GoBoard waterproofing panels were installed and a concrete shower pan was installed and waterproofed. We used 12"x12" porcelain tiles and poreclain hexagon mosaic tiles. Finally grout and silicone was installed to complete the shower. The walls and ceiling also needed extensive repairs, and the vanity cabinet was repainted. For easy maintenance, we installed a marble-printed linoleum sheet flooring on the flooring.
